Although we ship our products in insulated boxes with ice packs, we recommend selecting UPS Next Day Air for shipments outside of New England, or 2nd Day Air for shipments within New England during warm weather.
If recommended option is not chosen, we do not offer refunds for melted products. Severe weather and/or COVID-19 may result in shipping delays, but we do not ship Thursday-Sunday to avoid this as much as possible.
